Output 1: "Management of diversity and work inclusion of people with disabilities"
WP3 involves achieving the following result: the planning and consequent launch of a university training course for professional development and updating in "Management of diversity and work inclusion of people with disabilities", with two paths:
- for graduates and company managers with and without disabilities;
- for graduates in disciplines in the biomedical-healthcare and health area who have a motor or sensory disability.
The course is designed to address disability from a diversity perspective. This means that disability is seen as a natural part of a diverse society made up of many types of people with many types of human characteristics. Diversity is part of life and all life contexts. Therefore, the course aims to promote the inclusive improvement of people with disabilities in working contexts in particular in general to train managers who know how to value and include all the diversity of their workers even without disabilities.
